BTR TV, in collaboration with the "WeAreOne" collective and the Parkdeckstudios Offenbach, presents the Historic F1 Masters. Dive into the thrilling world of 70s F1 Racing in 8 race weekends with 16 races, single and team championship, BTR TV live streams and highlight clips. The Historic F1 Masters is a championship for drivers and teams who want to relive the thrilling days of formula 1 virtually in a competitive environment.

• All drivers will be racing in the Lotus 79

• Teams with a maximum of 3 individual drivers 
  The results of the two best-placed team members count towards the team championship. There are no deleted results in the team ranking. For drivers age 50 and over, there is the Gold Cup classification. (from season 1/2026 on)

• Points are awarded using the same system as in Moto GP. (1st place - 15th gets points), In the Gold Cup F1 scoring applies (first 10 get points)

• 8 racing events, each with 2 races lasting around 35 minutes per race

• 5 min before Raceserver start all drivers have to attend the drivers meeting

• 20 minutes of open qualifying before every race

• open setups, no pitstops, 2x fast repair per event

• open practice servers in the week before the race ⁠server-announcements

• standing start
